    The adults-only vibe was perfect for relaxation, with options like the spa and outdoor swimming pool to unwind. The only hiccup was our check-in process, but once it got sorted, everything else was smooth sailing 😊

    The place was fairly clean with a highly courteous and reasonably good staff at your request. The breakfast had a wide range of options: scrambled eggs, hot waffles, and pancakes. The location was incredible - just off a hike. It also was in school. We found out great prices in the hotel.

    great experience but not without flaws

    The resort offered lovely views of the tranquil sea. The staff were great for my birthday. The dancing and nightly entertainment created a vibrant atmosphere that kept everyone happily engaged.

    The dining options felt a bit repetitive, lacking some exciting flavors.

    I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful beachfront, spacious pools. The lobby's tropical decor and low-slung couches added a cozy yet elegant touch were good.

    WiFi connectivity could be improved for better access.

    The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay the best!

    The prices are astronomical! One 6 ounce soft drink is $4.00 and no refills. Additionally, when you order a Pina Coloda, you pay $7.00, but the bartenders always add a shot of dark rum on top of the drink, and charge you an additional $2.00 for the shot. They don't ask you if you want the shot, they just add it and charge you for it.

    Guest service workers were very polite. Not many hotels train their workers to be so pleasant.

    Although, I was there for vacation, I got the feeling the hotel was more for business and conference guest. Didn't entirely have the feeling of family. Also, I didn't know what amenities or events were occurring for the night.

    Outstanding I would recommend anyone the staff were very friendly, the enviorment great there's no words left to describe I have no regrets whatsoever.

    Friendly,cleaniness,enviorment, no words to describe as I mention before,the food especially breakfast was great the waiters & waiteress very courtious.
